Today I am starting my "lose 27lbs by 27th birthday" goal. I am NOT dieting..I am simply trying to change my lifestyle. This morning I got up and Mandy and I did about 2 miles(some jogging) mostly walking. It was about 95 degrees at 830 am..so that was plenty for us. Here we go...

Awesome plan! I know you can do it. Oh and I hear ya on the heat in the morning. Lately I don't go running until 8:30-9pm. Feels slightly cooler at night.
Everyone seems so surprised by me being 26 turning 27..I guess I look old?? lol
